The School-Based Health Center offers FREE sports physicals to qualified* students

 

Stop by the health center to pick up a parental consent packet. Make your appointment ASAP, slots fill up quickly. During times of peak demand it may take up to 2 weeks to fulfill an appointment 

 

*Private insurance e.g. Kaiser, not eligible

Summer Clinic 2016

Just because school ends wellness services don't have to! Alameda Family Services holds a clinic for students throughout the summer.

    • STI tests & treatments

    • Birth control & emergency contraception

    • Pregnancy testing

Alameda Family Services School-Based Health Center

 

The health center provides a convenient and youth friendly place for students to receive  health care services. We offer medical, mental health, health education, and youth development services on right campus to students at no cost to the student or their family.
