Todd Dilando

Born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. I attended Iona College in New York to play football on an athletic scholarship.  After completing my degree in criminal justice, I attended Gonzaga University in Washington to pursue my Master's degree in administration.  After completing my Master's degree I began coaching high school and college football.  After moving to the bay area, I decided to follow my passion for teaching and attended Cal State East bay where I received my PE teaching credential.  I am also a big fan of the Lakers, Dodgers, and Rams.

Teaching/Educational Philosophy

While in school PE was always my favorite subject.  My teachers taught me that sportsmanship, accountability, and having fun were very important, and I continue that philosophy here at Encinal.
